The Human Resources Operational Role
In this role the HR Department identifies, develops, implements and maintains programs and services that will assist the organisation/enable line managers to improve employee productivity, capability, satisfaction, resourcing and retention while also ensuring that all staff are treated consistently, fairly and equitably and in accordance with prevailing federal and state legislation.

We can custom design and deliver a comprehensive HR Policy Manual that incorporates in excess of 50 different policies and procedures which reflect contemporary standards in Human Resources Management combined with the integration of prevailing federal or state employment laws and other pertinent legislation impacting upon your organisation.
