In this role the HR Department utilises integrated metrics to produce quality management reporting that enables the CEO and Senior Management Team to clearly and objectively evaluate and continuously improve workforce management and performance while also demonstrating the true role and value-added contribution of the Human Resources function.

 

 

Workforce Management and Performance Metrics

Developing and implementing an integrated set of Key Performance Indicators and Drill – Down Performance Reports that identify how well the organisation is managing its workforce today.

Workforce Development and Resourcing Metrics

Identifying, developing and implementing an integrated set of Key Performance Indicators and Drill – Down Performance Reports that identify how well the organisation is developing and preparing its workforce for tomorrow.

Workforce Scorecard Metrics

Identifying, developing and implementing an annual scorecard that identifies workforce effectiveness and the direct and indirect contribution to overall business results.

Workforce Forecasting Metrics

Developing quality detailed forecasting projections that will identify future workforce labour demand requirements and supply capability in accordance with prevailing business plans, the economic climate and external labour market drivers.

HR Planning Metrics

Utilising integrated metrics to develop an effective Human Resources strategic plan for your organisation.

HR Business Case Metrics

Utilising integrated metrics to develop and present an effective business case in support of an identified Human resources product or service.
