Stephen Moore, Managing Director Optimum Performance

Stephen Moore established Optimum Performance in 1995 after a twenty year career in corporate Human Resources Management with a range of reputable and well-known national and international organisations in the travel, hospitality, manufacturing and retailing sectors.

His passion is workforce planning, particularly as it relates to the alignment and contribution of the workforce to the successful delivery of strategic business plans and financial objectives. He firmly believes that workforce planning provides the pathway for Human Resources Departments to ascend to value-added business partners.

Over the past thirteen years Stephen has assisted many organisations in understanding, initiating and developing their workforce planning methodology and strategic process, incorporating the design and development of integrated workforce analytics, workforce forecasting metrics and integrated workforce development programs.

 

Stephen has partnered with Limespire in the development of his Workforce Planning software, Prophecy which is currently due for release in late 2008.
