Stephen Moore is a vastly experienced Human Resources professional who has spent more than thirty years in Human Resources Management, initially as a senior practitioner in the airline, hospitality, manufacturing and retailing sectors and more recently as Managing Director of his own consulting practice where he has developed a diverse client base extending across three continents.

The combination of Stephen's extensive corporate experience and consulting work has enabled him to develop a deep understanding of the five core HR Metrics disciplines that optimise workforce performance and Human Resources Department credibility.

Stephen uses this expertise to develop HR Metrics credibility and effectiveness in organisations large and small, private and public.

Over the past 25 years Roz Holder held a series of senior Human Resources Management positions with a diverse range of well known private and public sector organisations including Coles-Myer, BP, KPMG, Deloitte and Sustainability Victoria.

Her significant expertise enables Roz to provide practical and contemporary advice,   guidance, mentoring and training support to organisations seeking to develop, implement and maintain quality Human Resources infrastructure.

In particular, Roz has extensive experience in the design and facilitation of learning and development programs, implementing culture change initiatives and in providing career transition programmes. She is a qualified executive coach who is passionate about inspiring and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
